A consultation can discuss a life transition, household concerns or questions about traditional cleansing and blessing practices. These are cultural and reflective practices, not treatment for disturbed sleep, anxiety or other symptoms, and never replace professional care.
Your first conversation

No. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or mental-health condition. It is complementary cultural and spiritual support offered for reflection and wellbeing.
Should I stop my medication or treatment?
Absolutely not. Never stop or change prescribed treatment because of anything discussed here. Please keep working with your doctor, and tell them about any complementary practice you take part in.
