Refund and Cancellation Policy

Before you pay anything

The initial conversation is free. Any fee that follows is quoted in full before you agree, covers everything included, and is never added to afterwards. If you decide not to continue, nothing is owed and nothing is chased.

Cooling-off period

Where an agreement is made at a distance — online, by telephone or by WhatsApp — you may cancel within 14 days of agreeing and receive a full refund, provided the work has not yet begun. If you ask for the work to begin during that period, any refund is reduced in proportion to what has already been carried out.

This reflects consumer protection for clients in the United Kingdom and, where applicable, in Canada and the United States.

Rescheduling and missed appointments

Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Where less notice is given, we will still try to accommodate you; a repeatedly missed appointment may be treated as a cancellation.

Refunds after work has started

Once agreed spiritual work has begun, the time and materials already used are not refundable. Any part of the agreed work that has not yet been carried out is refunded in full on request.

• Cancelled before work begins — full refund
• Cancelled part-way — refund of the portion not yet carried out
• Completed work — not refundable, as the service has been delivered

Outcomes are not a basis for refund

Because no particular result is ever promised or guaranteed, a refund cannot be based on an outcome not occurring. What is guaranteed is the service itself: the time, attention and work described to you before you agreed. If that was not delivered as described, contact us and it will be put right.

How to request a refund

Contact Prince Edward by telephone, WhatsApp or email using the details below, stating what you agreed and when. Requests are acknowledged within two working days and any refund is returned by the original payment method, normally within 14 days.
