No. Experiences and outcomes vary, and no particular result is promised or guaranteed. Any practitioner claiming a guarantee, a success percentage or a fixed timeframe is not being honest with you.
Traditional healing and wellbeing
No. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or mental-health condition. It is complementary cultural and spiritual support offered for reflection and wellbeing.
Fees and payment
The initial consultation is free. If paid guidance is appropriate, one complete fee is stated in advance, covering what is included and how long it takes.
Privacy and eligibility
Yes. What you share stays between you and the practitioner. Your details are never sold, published or passed to third parties for marketing.
