Who controls your information

Prince Edward, providing remote consultations as Sacred Heart Spiritual Guidance, is responsible for the personal information handled through this website. No in-person consultations are offered. Enquiries about privacy can be sent to the telephone, WhatsApp or email details at the foot of this page.

Information we collect

The enquiry form collects your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, country, preferred contact method, the type of consultation you are asking about, and the description of your situation that you write yourself.

Where you accept analytics through the cookie banner, Google Analytics and the existing Google tag process usage and event data as described in the Cookie Policy. Declining changes nothing about the service you receive.

Why we use it

Your details are used to reply to your enquiry, to arrange and carry out a consultation, and to keep a simple record of what was agreed. The legal basis is your consent, and for anyone who proceeds, the performance of the agreement between you and the practitioner.

How long we keep it
