Who controls your information

Information we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us. That is normally your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, country, preferred contact method, the type of consultation you are asking about, and the description of your situation that you write yourself.

Where you accept analytics through the cookie banner, we also receive anonymous usage data about pages visited. Declining changes nothing about the service you receive.

Why we use it

Your details are used to reply to your enquiry, to arrange and carry out a consultation, and to keep a simple record of what was agreed. The legal basis is your consent, and for anyone who proceeds, the performance of the agreement between you and the practitioner.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing. We do not publish your name, story or details. We do not add you to a mailing list without your request, and we do not send unsolicited follow-up marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a consultation are deleted within twelve months. Records relating to a consultation are kept for as long as needed to serve you properly and to meet any legal or accounting obligation, and are then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask what information is held about you, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, ask for deletion, or withdraw your consent at any time. Requests are answered within one month. Clients in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area hold these rights under the UK GDPR and GDPR; clients in Canada under PIPEDA; and clients in the United States under applicable state privacy laws.

Security and international transfer

Messages are received on protected devices and accounts, accessible only to the practitioner. Because the practice is based in the United States and serves clients in Canada and the United Kingdom, information you send may be processed in the United States.

Children

Services are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and any such information found is deleted.
