About these terms

This website and its remote consultations are provided by Prince Edward as Sacred Heart Spiritual Guidance. All consultations are by phone, video or messaging; no in-person appointments are offered. By using the site or sending an enquiry you accept these terms.

Eligibility

Services are available only to adults aged 18 and over. By enquiring you confirm you meet that age requirement and that you are asking on your own behalf.

Nature of the services

Spiritual services are offered for personal guidance, cultural practice, reflection and entertainment. Experiences and outcomes vary and no particular result is promised or guaranteed. Nothing offered is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and nothing offered diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any condition.

No work is accepted that seeks to control, bind, coerce or override the free will of another person.

Enquiries, consultations and fees

An initial enquiry asks about arrangements and is not a booking. The consultation fee is US$150 (USD) and covers the consultation only. Confirm the duration, scope and cancellation terms before booking and payment. Additional work is agreed separately.

Payment timing and any rescheduling terms are agreed before booking and payment.

There is no checkout on this website and no card details are collected; card payment is not available. The consultation fee is US$150 (USD). Once the time, duration, scope and cancellation terms are confirmed with you directly, you may pay by manual USDT transfer on Ethereum (ERC-20) to the wallet shown on the Contact page, after agreeing the exact USDT amount and sending fees. Transfers are checked manually: a transaction hash or screenshot does not by itself confirm payment or a booking. USDT on Ethereum (ERC-20) only. Do not send using another network.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to treat the practitioner with courtesy, and to continue with any medical, psychological, legal or financial professional whose care you are under. You remain solely responsible for your own decisions and actions.

Cancellation and refunds

Confirm cancellation, rescheduling and refund arrangements before booking and payment, including any applicable cooling-off rights. Read the Refund and Cancellation Policy page. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the practitioner is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or the services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing affects the statutory rights of consumers in the United States, Canada or the United Kingdom.

All content on this website is original to Sacred Heart Spiritual Guidance and may not be copied or republished without permission.

Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated from time to time, and the date at the top of this page will change accordingly. The agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you are entitled to in your own country of residence.
