About these terms

This website and the consultations offered through it are provided by Prince Edward, practising as Sacred Heart Spiritual Guidance from 225 E 60th St, Suite 1442, New York, NY 10022, USA. By using the site or sending an enquiry you accept these terms.

Eligibility

Services are available only to adults aged 18 and over. By enquiring you confirm you meet that age requirement and that you are asking on your own behalf.

Nature of the services

Spiritual services are offered for personal guidance, cultural practice, reflection and entertainment. Experiences and outcomes vary and no particular result is promised or guaranteed. Nothing offered is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and nothing offered diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any condition.

No work is accepted that seeks to control, bind, coerce or override the free will of another person.

Enquiries, consultations and fees

The initial conversation is free and carries no obligation. If further guidance is appropriate, one complete fee is explained to you before you agree to anything. Nothing is added afterwards, and there is no subscription or per-minute charging.

Payment, where agreed, is due as set out at the time of agreement. Appointments can be rescheduled by giving reasonable notice.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to treat the practitioner with courtesy, and to continue with any medical, psychological, legal or financial professional whose care you are under. You remain solely responsible for your own decisions and actions.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund arrangements, including the cooling-off period that applies to agreements made at a distance, are set out on the Refund and Cancellation Policy page and form part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the practitioner is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or the services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing affects the statutory rights of consumers in the United States, Canada or the United Kingdom.

Intellectual property and external links

All content on this website is original to Sacred Heart Spiritual Guidance and may not be copied or republished without permission. The site links to the practitioner's existing website, LoveSpells.work; that site is operated separately and has its own terms.

Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated from time to time, and the date at the top of this page will change accordingly. The agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you are entitled to in your own country of residence.
